ABOUT AL FANAR
What exactly does Al Fanar Group do?
We’re your one-stop shop for premium home solutions in Oman. Since 2007, we’ve been helping people transform their homes with quality products from brands like Grohe, TEKA, Bosch, Centro, and more. Whether you need a new bathroom, a modern kitchen, or complete interior design, we handle everything from design to installation.
Where can I visit your showrooms?
We have four locations across Oman to serve you better:
In Muscat:
- Our main showroom at Al Ghubrah (Building No.150, 18 November Street)
- Muscat City Center Mall for convenient shopping
In Sohar:
- Sultan Qaboos Road location (Building No.140)
In Nizwa:
Our regular showrooms are open Sunday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. The City Center location follows mall hours (10am to 10pm daily). Come see our products in person and talk to our team.
Do I need an appointment to visit?
Not at all! Walk-ins are always welcome. However, if you’re planning a big project and want dedicated time with our design team, calling ahead for an appointment ensures we give you our full attention.
Is there a consultation fee?
No, consultations are completely free. We’ll discuss your project, measure your space if needed, and provide expert advice without any obligation to buy. We want you to make the right decision for your home.
GROHE & BATHROOM PRODUCTS
Are you official Grohe dealers?
Yes, we’re the authorized Grohe dealer in Oman. This means everything we sell is genuine, comes with full manufacturer warranty, and is installed by certified technicians. No worries about fake products or warranty issues.
What Grohe products do you have?
Pretty much everything Grohe makes! Basin taps, shower systems, kitchen faucets, thermostatic mixers, flush plates – you name it. We stock the Focus collection, Eurosmart series, and other popular ranges. Visit our showroom to see them working.
Do you only sell Grohe for bathrooms?
No, we work with several premium brands. Besides Grohe, we have Lixil from Japan for smart toilets, Orka bathroom furniture from Turkey, Venice luxury bath tubs from Italy, and Kayan Marbles for beautiful surfaces. This gives you plenty of options at different price points.
Can you help design my bathroom?
Absolutely! Our team will help you plan the entire bathroom – from layout to product selection. We’ll show you different styles, suggest what works best for your space and budget, and create a design you’ll love.
How long does a bathroom renovation take?
It depends on the scope. A simple upgrade might take 1-2 weeks, while a complete renovation usually takes 3-4 weeks. We’ll give you a clear timeline when we understand your project better.
KITCHEN & APPLIANCES
What kitchen brands do you carry?
We work with top European brands. TEKA from Spain for ovens and hobs, Bosch from Germany for premium appliances, Candy from Italy with smart features, Pyramis for sinks and faucets, and BLANCO for their amazing granite sinks.
Do you design and install kitchens?
Yes, that’s what we do! We’ll design your dream kitchen in 3D so you can see exactly how it’ll look, help you choose appliances and materials, then our team installs everything professionally. No need to coordinate with multiple vendors.
Can I just buy appliances without the full kitchen?
Of course! If you already have a kitchen and just need new appliances, we’re happy to supply and install them. Many customers come to us just for TEKA ovens or Bosch dishwashers.
Are your appliances energy efficient?
Yes, all our brands focus on energy efficiency. Bosch and TEKA especially have excellent energy ratings, which means lower electricity bills for you. We can show you the efficiency ratings when you visit.
What if my appliance breaks down?
All our appliances come with manufacturer warranties. If something goes wrong during the warranty period, we’ll handle it. Even after warranty, we can arrange repairs and have access to genuine spare parts.
FURNITURE & INTERIOR DESIGN
What’s Centro furniture?
Centro is a premium furniture brand from Greece. We carry their living room sets, dining furniture, bedroom collections, and custom wardrobes. Beautiful designs, solid quality, and built to last in Oman’s climate.
Can you design my entire home interior?
Absolutely! Many customers work with us for complete villa or apartment renovations. We’ll handle the bathroom, kitchen, furniture, tiles – everything. One team, one timeline, no hassle.
Do you provide interior design services?
Yes, we have experienced interior designers on our team. They understand Omani lifestyle, climate considerations, and can create designs that blend modern style with local preferences.
How does the design process work?
It’s simple. First, we meet to understand what you want. Then we create 3D designs so you can visualize the space. Once you’re happy with the design, we handle procurement and installation. You’re involved at every step but don’t have to manage anything.
INSTALLATION & WARRANTIES
Do you install everything you sell?
Yes! We have professional installation teams for bathrooms, kitchens, furniture, tiles – everything. We never just sell you products and leave you to figure out installation.
Are your installers certified?
Absolutely. Our Grohe technicians are Grohe-certified, our appliance installers are trained by the brands, and all our teams have years of experience. We don’t compromise on installation quality.
What warranty do you offer?
Products come with manufacturer warranties – typically 2-5 years depending on the brand and product. Grohe offers excellent warranty coverage. Plus, we provide our own installation warranty to ensure workmanship quality.
What if I have problems after installation?
Just call us. We provide after-sales support and will come fix any issues. Whether it’s during warranty or after, we stand behind our work.
Do you service products after warranty expires?
Yes, we can arrange maintenance and repairs even after warranty. We have access to genuine spare parts and know the products inside out.
ORDERING & DELIVERY
How do I place an order?
Visit any showroom, call us, or email. We’ll discuss your requirements, provide a quotation, and once you approve, we’ll schedule everything. It’s straightforward.
How long does delivery take?
Most items we stock are available immediately. Special orders or custom items might take 2-4 weeks. We’ll give you exact timelines when you order.
Do you deliver across Oman?
Yes! We deliver and install throughout Oman. Muscat, Sohar, Nizwa, Salalah, Sur – wherever you are, we can reach you.
Can I see products before ordering?
Please do! That’s why we have showrooms. Come see the actual products, touch them, test the faucets, check the finishes. It’s always better to see in person.
PRICING & PAYMENT
Can I get a quote first?
Of course! We’ll provide detailed quotations before you commit to anything. No surprises, no hidden costs.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we have flexible payment options. We can discuss what works best for you when you visit.
Are your prices negotiable?
Our prices are competitive and fair. While we have set pricing for most items, we do offer package deals and occasional promotions. Best to discuss your full project – we can often provide better value when you’re doing multiple rooms.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, bank transfers, and credit cards. Whatever’s convenient for you.

Do you sell tiles and marble?
Yes, we have a wide selection of tiles, porcelain, and Kayan Marbles. Our showrooms display various options from bathroom tiles to luxury marble surfaces.
Can I get custom wardrobes?
Absolutely! Centro wardrobes are fully customizable. We measure your space, design to fit perfectly, and create exactly what you need. Sliding doors, walk-in closets, bedroom wardrobes – we do it all.
Do you have smart home products?
Yes, Candy appliances come with Wi-Fi connectivity and app control. We can integrate smart features into your kitchen and recommend other smart home solutions.
What about outdoor products?
We have outdoor tiles, weather-resistant furniture options, and materials suitable for Oman’s climate. Talk to us about your outdoor project.

Can I request a home visit?
Yes! For project consultations, we can visit your home to measure spaces and discuss options. Just call ahead to schedule.
