What exactly does Al Fanar Group do?

We’re your one-stop shop for premium home interior solutions in Oman. Since our founding in 2017, we’ve been helping homeowners, contractors and developers transform their homes with quality products from eight international brands. Regular showrooms are open Sunday to Friday, 8am to 6pm. City Centre follows mall hours (10am to 10pm daily).

Do I need an appointment to visit?

Walk-ins are always welcome. However, if you’re planning a large project and want dedicated time with our design team, calling ahead ensures we give you our full attention. You can book an appointment by calling (968) 9444 4726 or via WhatsApp.

Is there a consultation fee?

No — consultations are completely free. We’ll discuss your project, measure your space if needed, and provide expert advice without any obligation to buy.

Grohe & Bathroom Products

Are you the official Grohe dealer in Oman?

Yes — Al Fanar Group is Oman’s official and exclusive Grohe dealer. Everything we sell is genuine, comes with a full Grohe manufacturer warranty, and is installed by Grohe-certified technicians. You can be confident there are no counterfeit or grey-market products.

What Grohe products are available in Oman?

We stock the complete Grohe range — basin mixers, thermostatic shower systems (Grohtherm), Rainshower overhead showers, concealed cisterns (Rapid SL), kitchen faucets (Minta, Zedra, Grohe Blue), hand showers and the premium Grohe SPA wellness collection. Can you help design my bathroom?

Absolutely. Our team will help you plan the entire bathroom — from layout and drainage to product selection and tile specification. We’ll show you different styles, suggest what works best for your space and budget, and create a coordinated design using our brands.

How long does a bathroom renovation take?

It depends on scope. A standard bathroom renovation with new fittings, tiles and sanitaryware typically takes 2–3 weeks. A complete master bathroom with freestanding bathtub and full tiling usually takes 3–4 weeks. We’ll give you a clear timeline once we understand your project.

Do you design and install modular kitchens?

Yes — this is one of our core services. We’ll visit your home to measure the space, produce a full 3D kitchen design so you can visualise the result, then manage production, delivery and professional installation. You don’t need to coordinate with any other supplier.

What is the difference between Pyramis and Blanco kitchen sinks?

Both are excellent choices — the key difference is in the composite material. Pyramis uses Pyragranite (80% natural granite, heat resistant to 280°C, available in 10+ natural stone colours). Blanco uses SILGRANIT — a patented material that only Blanco produces, also granite-based, with a lifetime warranty and a unique colour-through-the-full-depth design. Our team can show you both in person and help you choose based on your kitchen design.

How long does a modular kitchen installation take?

A standard Centro Kitchen installation takes 5–10 working days from delivery to completion, depending on kitchen size. The full process from initial consultation to finished kitchen — including 3D design, production in Greece, shipping and installation — typically takes 6–10 weeks. We’ll give you an exact timeline at consultation.

What furniture and storage products do you offer?

Through our exclusive Centro Kitchen dealership we offer custom wardrobes, walk-in closets, sliding door storage systems, bedroom furniture and living room units — all manufactured in Greece using European-grade humidity-resistant materials suited to Oman’s climate. Can you design my entire home interior?

Yes — many customers work with us for complete villa and apartment renovations. We handle the bathroom (Grohe fittings, Turkuaz sanitaryware, NG Kütahya tiles), kitchen (Centro cabinets, Pyramis or Blanco sinks, Grohe faucets), wardrobes and living room furniture — all under one project with one team.

How does the design process work?

It’s straightforward. First, we meet to understand your requirements and visit your space. Then we produce 3D designs so you can visualise exactly how the finished result will look. Once you approve the design, we manage product ordering, delivery and professional installation. You’re involved at every step but don’t need to manage any coordination yourself.

Tiles & Porcelain

What tile brands do you carry?

We are the exclusive dealer for two premium Turkish tile manufacturers:

  • NG Kütahya Seramik — large format porcelain tiles (up to 160x320cm) in marble-effect, wood-look, stone and concrete finishes. Ideal for living room floors and feature walls.
  • Turkuaz Seramik — ceramic bathroom and wall tiles in coordinating formats designed to pair with Turkuaz sanitaryware collections.

Are your tiles suitable for Oman’s climate?

Yes. NG Kütahya and Turkuaz porcelain tiles have a water absorption rate below 0.5% — making them highly resistant to coastal humidity and moisture. They are also UV-stable and heat-resistant, maintaining their appearance in Oman’s intense sunlight. We recommend ordering 10–15% extra tiles per project to account for cuts and future repairs from the same batch.

Installation & Warranties

Do you install everything you sell?

Yes — we have professional installation teams for all product categories: bathrooms, kitchens, wardrobes, tiles and drainage systems. We never just supply products and leave you to arrange your own installation.

Are your installers certified?

Yes. Our Grohe technicians are Grohe-certified. Our Centro Kitchen installation team is trained to Centro’s system specifications. All our teams have extensive on-site experience with the brands they install and follow manufacturer installation standards that are required for warranty validity.

What warranties do your products carry?

Warranties vary by brand:

  • Grohe — full Grohe manufacturer warranty (typically 5 years on most products)
  • Blanco SILGRANIT — Limited Lifetime Warranty
  • Centro Kitchen — full manufacturer warranty plus Al Fanar installation workmanship warranty
  • Pyramis — full manufacturer warranty
  • Venice — full manufacturer warranty (IAPMO R&T certified)
  • NG Kütahya, Turkuaz, Gruen Systems — full manufacturer warranties

All warranties require purchase through Al Fanar Group as the authorised dealer and professional installation by our team.

What if I have a problem after installation?

Just call us. We provide after-sales support and will address any issues — whether during or after the warranty period. We stock genuine spare parts for all brands we carry and know the products inside out.

Ordering & Delivery

How do I place an order?

Visit any showroom, call us on (968) 9444 4726, or submit an enquiry online. We’ll discuss your requirements, provide a detailed quotation, and once approved, schedule delivery and installation at a time that suits you.

How long does delivery take?

Stock items are typically available within a few days. Custom-configured products (Centro kitchens and wardrobes) are manufactured to order in Europe — lead times are typically 6–10 weeks from design approval to installation. We’ll give you exact timelines at the time of order.

Do you deliver and install across all of Oman?

Yes — we deliver and install throughout Oman from our four showrooms in Muscat, Sohar and Nizwa. Whether your project is in Muscat, Salalah, Sur, Duqm or anywhere else in the Sultanate, contact us to discuss logistics.

Pricing & Payment

Can I get a quote before committing?

Yes — we always provide a detailed quotation before you commit to anything. No surprises and no hidden costs. For kitchen and bathroom projects we provide itemised quotes covering all products and installation.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — we offer flexible payment options for larger projects. Please discuss your requirements with our team when you visit or call.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, bank transfers and credit cards at all our showroom locations.

Other Questions

Can I see products before ordering?

Please do — that’s exactly why we have showrooms. Come and see the actual products in person, touch the finishes, run the faucets, open wardrobe drawers and view tile samples at scale. It’s always better to see before you commit, especially for large purchases like kitchens and bathtubs.

Can I get custom wardrobes and storage systems?

Yes — Centro Kitchen wardrobes and storage systems are fully customised to your exact space dimensions. We measure your bedroom or dressing area, design the system in 3D, and manufacture to your specification. Sliding doors, walk-in closets, mirror panels and full internal organisation are all available.

Do you have outdoor tile options?

Yes — NG Kütahya Seramik produces outdoor porcelain tile collections with R11/R12 anti-slip ratings and 20mm thick formats suitable for terraces, pool surrounds and driveways. Engineered specifically for Oman’s UV exposure and temperature extremes.
